ORDER PROCESSING TIME
It will take 2-7 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

- United States: 7 – 10 business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.
- United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada: 10-15 Business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.
- Average transit times are typically received in 3 weeks. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund
